In the production of our vanilla products, we use beans cultivated from Madagascar, Mexico, Tahiti, Indonesia, Uganda, Papua New Guinea and India. Each region's vanilla has a distinct flavor, from creamy to floral, and each product, from extract to pastes, has its specific flavor profiles and ideal uses. Using these beans, we develop both origin-specific products and blends (including, custom blends), which means you have a number of options from which to choose.
